Project Description: The architectural respond visions an increased density neighbourhood that allow opportunities of interpenetration occupying separate row-house unit or rent our for new neighbour, encourages local business by activating the front yard for shops and home offices. Through this re-activated streetscape, high level of interaction with surrounding neighbourhood is anticipated.
The new “communal backyard” promotes a more desirable area for gardening and urban farming through collaboration. This new private- public zone within neighbourhood unlock the unused potential commonly observed in the suburb.
